All services and materials are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to use them responsibly and lawfully.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

All content, materials, branding, and services are the property of Ukiyo Wellness, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Use materials for personal use only 

You may NOT:

• Copy, share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any materials 
• Claim our content as your own 
• Use materials for commercial purposes without written consent 

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

When you purchase or access our services, you are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license only. Sharing access or materials is strictly prohibited.

Any content you voluntarily share (comments, images, testimonials, etc.) may be used by us for marketing or promotional purposes unless you request removal.

We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information but may disclose it if required by law.

You are responsible for any information you choose to share publicly.

• You agree to provide accurate billing information 
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law 
• Payment plans must be completed in full, even if services are discontinued 

Failure to make payments may result in loss of access and collection actions.

• 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling appointments 
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the session fee 

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused sessions.

You acknowledge that all services are educational and wellness-based and that you are fully responsible for your own results, decisions, and well-being.

Ukiyo Wellness does not provide medical, psychological, or healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns. Do not disregard professional advice based on our services.

We do not provide legal, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ukiyo Wellness is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

We maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, will result in:

• Immediate termination of services 
• Full payment required 
• Refusal of future services 

You agree to hold Ukiyo Wellness harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma. You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
